Should I Upgrade to the M3 MacBook Air?

Hello hello!! We have a new MacBook Air (well, just updated with a new chip and a few other things…) I have gotten so many questions already from people on whether they should upgrade or not, so I tried my best to compile the facts and a few of my opinions to create a mini guide for you all! 💻 If you’re coming from an Intel based MacBook Air…

The M3 Air is up to 13x faster!! Crazy!! I would definitely consider an upgrade if you haven’t yet :) Plus, the design is different now, too! And battery life… lots of changes to think about where I think it would be so worth it!

💻 If you’re coming from M1 MacBook Air…

The M3 is up to 60% faster! The chips are just getting better and better - if you want a jump in performance it would be a good idea to consider the switch! Also, the M1 MacBook Air was just discontinued if that says anything…

💻 If you’re coming from M2 MacBook Air… 

The M3 Air has faster wifi support!! & you can also now use more than one monitor. If you want the best performance out there, this is the one for you! I personally just like to have the most updated versions of products because I know it’s the fastest + best option out so far!! The design and battery life are still the same with the M3. I do think a M2 Air can still serve you for several more years though for everyday use.

But… the M2 MacBook Air is now $100 less!! If you don’t need the latest and greatest features and powers, it could be a great thing to consider. 💻 Purchase the M2 MacBook Air here…

Overall, I think my favorite laptop is still the M3 MacBook Pro with all the things I do for work, but this M3 MacBook Air is a solid option for everyday consumers :)
